Kids can help Decorate Marine Museum’s Holiday Tree-

Ainsley Wallace of Scriba and her grandfather, Ted Panayotoff, decorate one of the gingerbread ornaments Ainsley made at a
Gingerbread Ornament Workshop in 2011.

The H. Lee White Museum & Maritime Center, on Oswego’s West First Street Pier, is offering kids an opportunity to get in the spirit for the holidays by attending a

Gingerbread Ornament Workshop Sunday, November 17, 2013 from 2-3:00 pm. Children will be provided with their choice of two real gingerbread cookie ornaments to decorate.  One for the Museum’s main holiday tree and one to take home!  The workshop will also include a festive story, other crafts and light refreshments. The crafts will be held at the museum, so space is limited. Call today to reserve a spot. This activity is geared for children ages 3 years old and up. A donation of $4 per child is requested.
