“Kids’ Pirate Day”Posted on Jul 6, 2012
Ahoy Maties! The H. Lee White Marine Museum is swabbing the decks for a hearty afternoon of pirate carousing. Brush off your eye patch, grab your parrot & sign up for a Kids’ Pirate Party on Thursday, July 12 (10 – 12 pm), Tuesday, July 17 (1 – 3 pm) or Wednesday, July 25 (10 – 12 pm). Fun will abound in Oswego’s “Historic Maritime District.” Young lads & lasses can consort with fellow pirates; land lubbers can throw in with the lot & become pirates for a day. Pirate garb is strongly encouraged. Games, activities, music, grub, a scavenger hunt and treasure to plunder for home are on the list of pirating fun for the day.
Pre-payment is required. The cost is only $12.00 per child (ask about member discounts). Contact the Museum at 315-342-0480 or email@example.com for more information or to RSVP. Also check the website (www.hleewhitemarinemuseum.com) and Facebook page for details on this and all the other great programming scheduled for 2012!
Be there or walk the plank!
