Fulton Jazz Festival was born out of Fulton’s River Fest and Chocolate Fest in the early 1980’s
Jazz Fest found its rebirth in 2009 when a group of Fulton Businesses and the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce brought the event back to the community in its current location.
In 2015, a private group of Fulton citizens and business people began the process of organizing the festival under its own auspices.
