Schroth’s Company of Roger’s Rangers are returning to Fort Brewerton for another encampment! The Schroth's New York Company of Roger's Rangers will return to present a living history weekend designed to replicate life and the soldier's way in colonial America in the 1750s and 60s, They will also have elements of the 46th Regiment of Foot that portray a British Light infantry unit and an 18th century bateaux (boat) crew that will serve as the crew of the HMS Nettle. Each crew will give a living history of what it would be like at Fort Brewerton. Cooking, camp life, musket and cannon drills will be demonstrated as well as fire making and bush warfare. The public is welcome to attend and discover how life was truly lived here at Fort Brewerton during the 1700's.
