Operation Christmas Child Quilt in Sandy Creek Sept. 15-16


Tickets for the ‘Fall Leaves’ quilt made by the Happy Quilters to benefit Operation Christmas Child will be available at the Crank It Up! Antique Tractor and Engine Show at the Sandy Creek Fairgrounds on Saturday, September 15 and Sunday, September 16.

There will also be an Operation Christmas Child booth at the event with information on the “shoe box ministry” that delivers shoe boxes filled with school supplies, hygiene items, and small toys to boys and girls ages 2-14 in areas of disease, disaster, poverty, and famine.

Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is a project of the international relief aid organization Samaritan’s Purse headed by Franklin Graham.
