Adirondack Kennel:
A kennel that consists of between 24 and 40 dogs for skijoring. ADK's main focus is on Open Class Sprint racing. ADK also gives hourly rides, clinics and seminars to various groups, organizations and public entities. Salmon Hills Outdoor Adventure Center:
Dog sled rides and skijor lessons are offered weekends. 100 Noble Shores Dr., Redfield. Reservations are required. 315/599-7008. Admission: dog sled rides $85/hr, skijoring $55/person.
Pennsylvania Sled Dog Club:
The Penn Sled Dog Club holds events on several weekends at Winona Forest Recreation Area in Boylston. Spectators are welcome.
Winona Forest State Forest Recreation Area:
Year round use on all the trails. Practice with your dog in the summer. 9,233 acres. Center Rd., off Co. Rte. 22 in Lacona. Access at Center Rd., Wart Rd. and Bargy Rd. Western edge of Tug Hill Plateau, surrounding the Little Sandy Creek. 315-298-6993
