John & Renee's Story
John sustained a traumatic brain injury in 2019. After searching for anything to help him alleviate his symptoms, his neurologist recommended whole-body cryotherapy.
His wife, Renee found the Aqua Spa Float Center in Oswego NY for cryotherapy and she says it’s been life-changing for both her and John.
“The moment that we stepped foot in here, we were treated like family and it felt safe and supportive,” Renee explains in her testimonial.
Then, they began to notice a difference in John’s cognition and his executive functioning almost immediately. They became members and are experiencing the benefits of using the wellness modalities regularly. But it means a lot,” says Renee. “Because of the wellness ambassadors and how safe they make us feel and how they guide us and are so kind and empathetic and understanding, this was the first place that I ever left John on his own because he’s highly symptomatic from his brain injury. It’s not always easy for me to leave him places on his own but I know that no matter what, he would be safe here. So the level of comfort is high.”

Kimberlee's Story

Andy's Story
As an athlete, Andy was also looking for a place that offered cryotherapy locally. He said the nearest place before the Aqua Spa Float Center was in Watertown, about an hour away.
Even though he was initially interested in cryotherapy, Andy ventured into other modalities for recovery like PBM | Red Light Therapy via NovoTHOR. He also opted into a membership.
He says, “I feel good when I come here, but I feel better when I leave. I sleep better after. I feel better all around. If I’m ever feeling uncomfortable, the services take care of that for me.”
Andy also says it never hurts to try something that could potentially benefit your health.
“If someone’s on the fence about coming here, that means that they recognize that their body is not 100%. If they recognize that, they have two choices. They can do nothing or do something. There’s a saying I like that’s, When you’re younger, you’re generally willing to trade your health for wealth. When you get older, there comes a day that you would actually be willing to trade all of your wealth for one day of good health.”
