Ever wonder why our bagels always taste so fresh? At Riverwalk, our bagels are made from scratch and fresh baked everyday. First, we add all the ingredients in our mixer. Once the dough is ready we let it rest before rolling it into the iconic bagel shape. We then place the bagels in a cold refrigerator. This slows the yeast rising process to allow all the flavors to come together. After spending time in the refrigerator, we remove the bagels and let them come to room temperature slowly. We then do a few secret steps before popping our bagels in our oven until they are golden brown. It’s a lot of effort, but after one bite, we think you’ll agree that some recipes are worth the wait.
