🏁Good morning from Super DIRT Week!
We’re excited to welcome @superdirtcar and @dirtcarnortheast fans to The Clay Palace at @officialoswegospeedway for one of the most exciting weeks in racing!
The fun gets underway tonight (10/4) with the Kickoff Party at @lighthouselanes from 6–10 p.m. Then, on Tuesday (10/6), head to downtown Oswego for Racing’s Biggest Block Party! Be sure to stop by and say hello!
Can’t make it to the annual Super DIRT Week Parade through the City of Oswego? We’ve got you covered! We’ll be livestreaming the parade on our Facebook page (facebook.com/visitoswegocounty) beginning at noon on Wednesday (10/7.) And, of course, we can’t wait to see the cars hit the track when the parade wraps up!

One week from today, we celebrate one of our favorite days of the year! 🏁
At noon on October 7, the @superdirtcar Super DIRT Week parade will roll through the City of Oswego! The parade will kick off at @officialoswegospeedway before making its way toward the city via City Line Road and East Ave. From there, it will cross E. Utica St., head north on W. First St., and cross E. Bridge St. before making its way back toward the track.
Come out, line the route, and show the drivers, teams, and Super DIRT Week organizers just how excited we are to welcome them to Oswego County! It’s a great chance to cheer them on, wish them luck and help kick off an unforgettable week of racing. 🏁🏁

Surprise!!! 🎉
Hi friends!👋 Your old pal Ozzy is spending a few days on vacation in Oswego County! We don`t really have summer at the North Pole, so I had to come see what everyone keeps talking about.
Today`s adventure? Taking a dip in the pool to cool off from all this sunshine! ☀️💦 (don`t worry ... I came prepared with plenty of sunscreen!)
I`ll be out exploring all week, so keep an eye out! You never know where I might pop up next! I`m making the most of my summer visit to Oswego County, and I can`t wait to see where my adventures take me! 🌞

🌊 Sandy Island Beach State Park is open for swimming daily from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
🌊 The David C. Webb Memorial Park at Taft Bay on Oneida Lake is also open daily for swimming.
🌊 Selkirk Shores State Park is open for swimming Thursday-Monday from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
🌊 The Charles Gallagher Pool in Oswego is open daily for swimming. No cost for City of Oswego residents; non-resident cost is $2.
🌊 The Splash Pad near Breitbeck Park is open daily and free for all to use!
